Lately Reed has been obsessed with dogs, I with crafts! I've been enjoying decorating my house for the upcoming Holidays by making my own decor. I found some ideas off the new "Pinterest" and others I just thought of on my own. The candy corns I love and were real simple to make. Just got a styrofoam cone and wrapped yarn around it/pinned the yarn in. Super easy, but time consuming. I made the Halloween wreath on my door out of burlap and ribbon on a wire hanger. Again, easy but time consuming. I made the Spooky sign. And this year I decided to get a little more festive with the spider webs. Although, it's collecting real bugs...yuck. People think they are fake, but no-those are real beetles getting tangled in the fake web!
Reed LOVES dogs-every animal he sees he points and says, "woof!" It's so cute- he actually barks like a little puppy. He tries to copy Miley and Hanna's bark (my mom's chihuahuas). He recognizes my parents house as soon as we turn onto Mews (the dirt road) and barks the entire way there until we open the door and let him run inside the house. He's a funny kid. His new thing is wanting to pick up the dogs by himself, and walk around with them. Unfortunately, most the time it's by their necks! Let's just hope he never tries to pick up baby brother by the neck...still don't have a name-so it's baby brother.
