He is such a trouble maker one minute and a calm little couch potato the next. He's my little monster-in a good way... I like having a terror on the loose-it keeps my days busy :)
At 9 months, Reed loves:
~His monster trucks
~Just being OUTSIDE
~Doing a new "stink" face or sucking in his bottom lip that make his cheeks look even fatter
~Jumping on the couch at his hyper part of the night (right before bedtime) and having pillow fights with mommy- the harder I hit him, the more he laughs...crazy kid!
~Now rides his Elmo airplane on his own (scoots around sitting on it by pushing his feet like he's on a scooter)
~Trying to eat rocks...we've had a couple choking scares-rocks and rolls-not good...
~Pepsi cans
~He started having an attitude and will yell, sometimes scream, if he doesn't agree or get his way-stubborn like his daddy ;)
~He sat in front of the tv this morning and wiggled back and forth like he was dancing with the music on the show-too cute!
~He loves to sit on his knees when he plays with his toys
~He climbs out of his swing (yes, I caught him standing on it while in motion!!!), bouncer, and now his saucer!!!
~Still no teeth and still bald
*I want to remember this: This morning I was in the kitchen and I had previously opened the back sliding door to get a breeze in from the wind. I left the screen door closed. Reed was in his play saucer thing. (Not sure what it's called-the big Baby Einstein alien thing). The next thing I see is the screen door opening-I was thinking who the heck is coming in my house from the backyard??? I look down and Reed is the one opening the screen door and crawling out to the backyard!!! How the heck did he get out of that saucer?? And how the heck does he know how to open the screen door? He never ceases to amaze me!!! *Picture below is an old picture showing you this is the saucer thing he somehow escaped from!

He eats 2 baby foods still and 4 bottles- I need to up the food to 3 times a day. He's starting to not really take long afternoon naps anymore-sometimes he'll even skip it and get only one nap a day in! He usually goes to bed between 8:30-9 pm and USE to wake up around 8 am. Now it's more between 6:30-7:30 am. I tend to bring him in bed with me and try to put him back to sleep...at least til 8:00 am-Come on! I'm tired! Ha
He goes in for his shots/9 month check up Friday-I'll post the stats then...

I laughed a loud thinking of him getting out of that thing! Nolan can't even figure out how to get on his knees and hands yet. Funny how they can be so different and so the same! You have to have your hands full!
I know, isn't he crazy! I do have my hands full and it's crazy! You're lucky your kid is lazy and still sits still!
