Reeders-5 months

Reed is now 5 1/2 months. (24 weeks to be exact)  He is SO BUSY!!! even more now than a couple weeks ago.  He's a boy and he's his daddy's son- so of course he's going to be into EVERYTHING! He's Curious George.  So, lately here it goes:

I love his deep navy blue eyes!

He LOVES his blankets as you know

He drools like crazy- his soaks his shirts everyday

He drinks from a cup- sips like a dog

Coughs on purpose (like he's got the "black lung") to get our attention-hilarious!

He loves to scratch things- loves texture, especially his little chairs cloth or leather.

Walks backwards in his walker

He loves to climb.  He climbs up over my shoulder or up my mom's kitchen chairs like a ladder...with me holding onto him of course, so he doesn't fall

He sits up on his own now! Yey

He chews on his bumper occasionally...turkey!

Wears 6-9 or 6-12 month clothes

Weighs 17 lbs

Every morning we get big smiles from him when he wakes up

He will ignore people when he wants to = and no matter what and how loud and often you say REED, he will NOT look at you...brat! Ha

He had a crazy day Monday- He was in such a good mood (Christmas Shopping with mommy) all day long.  We started out at lunch with aunt Kelsey and all he wanted to do was play and try to steal our plates.  So we give him napkins to keep him entertained and he loved to wipe the tables.  Then at Dillards he got into a singing mood and decided to squeal and laugh out loud for ten min or so.  He was so funny in his stroller.  I would say Boo and he would just laugh and laugh! Then that night, he was so hyper before he went to bed (he usually always is).  He had the giggles.  I would just look at him and he'd start to giggle under his breath.  Then I would tickle his legs and sides and he'd laugh some more.  He also laughs when I gnaw under his chin and the sides of his neck.  He loves it and will just giggle forever.  He is so cute! He loves to squeal like a girl also when I take his shirt off and leave it on his head.  He loves kisses from mommy.  He'll just lean his head back, close his eyes and just take it all in.
