Today I gave Reed Tylenol before his appt. He first smiled, giggled, made a gross look and then spit it all out. It was hilarious. It's as if you were giving a kid the taste of a lemon for the first time. At his appt, he cried real hard with the first prick of the shots, but then stopped as soon as I picked him up. The doctor thinks he is really smart for his age. It was hilarious because the entire time the doctor was talking to me, Reed was just sitting on the edge of my mom's legs holding his head up, never bobbling, just intently listening. The doc was amazed. He said that he had been paying attention to Reed throughout the appt and thought he was advanced for being only 2 months. Reed has already been smiling and cooing for weeks now. All I get out of this is that we have a little smarty pants on our hands. August and JM are going to have him speaking computer lingo by the time he's two. I have a little computer nerd in my near future I'm afraid... ha. Like father like son, right?
Here's his little bandaids from his shots. He has actually taken it real well. He has smiled a ton and talked alot today. He's been sleepy due to the Tylenol, but overall has not been cranky.Bryce's little twin...so everyone says!
